Return & Refund Policy

At Lucky Selection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy.

No Return / No Exchange

All products purchased from Lucky Selection are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

We request our customers to carefully review product details, size, and specifications before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

We only accept claims in case:

  • You receive a damaged product, or
  • You receive a wrong item

In such cases:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos / videos as proof

Refund / Replacement Process

  • After verification, we will offer:
    • Replacement, OR
    • Store Credit (if replacement is not available)
  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept complaints for:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences (due to screen variation)

  • The product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
